Your California Privacy Rights

See Harmonic’s Privacy Policy for information on data rights. In addition, California residents may appoint an authorized agent to act on their behalf and exercise these privacy rights. 

If you are acting as an authorized agent to make a request to know, delete, or opt out on behalf of a California resident, please provide us with written authorization signed by the resident, and we will contact you and the resident with further steps required to verify the resident’s identity.

“Do Not Track” 

Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. Please note that we do not respond to or honor DNT signals or similar mechanisms transmitted by web browsers.
